Frequently asked questions

Reservation

Yes, this is mandatory. This is to ensure the safety and health of our guests and staff, and to regulate the number of visitors. Without a reservation, we cannot grant you access to our resort.

To provide you and other guests with plenty of peace, space, and relaxation, we ask you to specify your arrival and departure times in advance. This way, we can ensure a stress-free day full of renewed energy together.

Everyone should be able to enjoy our wellness. So yes, our wellness resort is as wheelchair accessible as possible. Except for our whirlpools and stairs in the pools, or saunas with stairs.

At Thermen Soesterberg, chlorine for disinfecting the swimming water is produced through salt electrolysis. This method ensures that the pool water is purified in a safe and hygienic manner.

Our natural swimming pond is an exception; it is completely purified without the use of disinfectants and therefore contains no chlorine.
All other pools contain chlorine in the water, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Of course. Your own stuff is always the best, isn't it? You can also rent everything you need from us to avoid the hassle of bringing it from home (we cannot promise that our bathrobes and towels are available in your favourite colour).

To maintain tranquility within the wellness resort, children aged 0 to 11 years do not have access to the facilities. Children aged 12 to 16 years are only allowed access when accompanied by parents or guardians.

We accept the VVV Gift Card, Beauty Gift, Sauna Gift, ONE4ALL Gift Card, National Sauna & Wellness Gift Card, Knollenbon, and our own gift vouchers. The ONE4ALL Gift Card and Knollenbon can only be redeemed at the reception desk.

Would you like to make a change to your reservation? The date or time? Or would you like to book an additional treatment? We’re happy to arrange it for you, but please note that our cancellation policy may apply. Please use our modification request form.

To ensure peace and privacy for all our guests, the use of mobile phones or tablets in the wellness resort is not allowed. This also applies if you are using your phone as an e-reader.

No, photography is not allowed. This applies throughout the resort.

Swimwear must be worn on bathing days. Swimwear must be specifically designed for use in swimming and sauna facilities and made of Lycra, polyester or polyamide. This also applies to clothing that covers the body. However, we advise against wearing body-covering swimwear in our saunas, as this prevents the body from releasing heat effectively, which can lead to overheating and other health problems.

That can happen. We keep found items for one month. If you have lost something, please send an email to info@thermensoesterberg.nl. We will inform you if we find it.
