Unique Natural Swimming Pond
Nature in all its glory — our Natural Swimming Pond, a hidden gem in the greenest part of Thermen Soesterberg. Surrounded and sheltered by our lush garden and the nearby birch forest, you’ll experience nature in its purest form. This is swimming and cooling down — in a truly unique way.
Pure nature
The water in the pond is in perfect natural balance — untouched by human intervention. Here, nature’s self-cleansing power is given free rein. And you can truly feel it. Free from chlorine or chemicals, the water is visibly and tangibly pure.
In summer, the temperature can reach up to 23°C, while in winter it may drop to as low as 0.4°C — a wonderfully refreshing way to cool down. In spring, nature blooms all around — and even in the pond. If you’re lucky, you might spot tiny salamanders darting between the rocks.
