Authentic and restorative saunas
Each of our saunas is unique — designed to surprise you with its own character.
They differ in temperature, in atmosphere, and of course in what they do for your body and mind.
But what they all offer is a world of deep relaxation.
Let yourself be surprised by unique sauna experiences and the healing power of wellness.
How long should you stay in a sauna?
You decide how long you stay — it’s your moment.
The recommended sauna time depends on the type of sauna, the temperature, and the humidity level.
In general, we advise staying no longer than 15 minutes per session, followed by a proper cool-down.
After that, you’re welcome to enjoy another round.
The most important thing: listen to your body.
If the heat feels too intense or you begin to feel light-headed, step out gently — even if you’ve only just gone in. Always take time to cool down after each session.
